took bike ride with the family into sugarhouse towing trailer (2 miles)

stopped at DI on way home to meet the fam and found cool winter running shoes with integrated gators

ran "intervals" on way home (about 1.5 miles)...actually just tried to race my wife in car but had to keep stopping when I ran out of breath...

ran for 50 minutes at slow pace on Bonneville shoreline trail. started across from shriners @ popperton park east into dry canyon? and up canyon to main trail, then nw up trail a couple miles to a canyon leading down to tomahawk rd trailhead.
