ran for 50 minutes at slow pace on Bonneville shoreline trail. started across from shriners @ popperton park east into dry canyon? and up canyon to main trail, then nw up trail a couple miles to a canyon leading down to tomahawk rd trailhead.

Hopefully you have recovered from what sounds like an eventful party at your cousin's wedding. Just make sure you are mixing in a little bit of running.:-) Also, the seven-mile run on the pipeline and grandeur peak trails was pretty impressive! This run is on my schedule for this spring (i.e., I did this run a few times before last year's Wasatch Back). Run on!

up city creek to the water plant. got smoked by some guy @ mile 2 who was coming from the avenues. I thought I was doing pretty good. oh well. 75 min total with about 5 min of walking. I need to eat a better lunch. I am going to try to track my diet better on this blog going forward

went skiing up at alta after work... 18" of snow.. stuck at lodge late and sledded with the girls. ran ladders up the sled hill. fun, fun, fun.

tried to hike up after the lift closed but the snow was too deep and my skins were flailing. still trying to get it figured out.
