run up to and around sugarhouse park. good solid pace maybe 7:30-8:00. I should get a watch.

50 crunches and 40 leg lifts

up city creek to the water plant. got smoked by some guy @ mile 2 who was coming from the avenues. I thought I was doing pretty good. oh well. 75 min total with about 5 min of walking. I need to eat a better lunch. I am going to try to track my diet better on this blog going forward

kept puking up little mouthfuls of coffee and pinto bean carcasses

considering making adjustments to my pre-run nutrition

I think I also need to start taking a sports drink with me on the long runs. felt foggy and slow at the top.

went skating with avila at the olympic oval

tried to run at 10.5 mph like rossy does it but I almost fell off the treadmill... baby steps

3 hours ~ 6 miles moonlight ski. lots of intervals, fun racing.

lap around ponds during lunch at work ~ 1/2 mile

1.5 miles on tm on break... intervals of 1/2 mile at 7 min, 6 min, 8 min pace

went skiing up at alta after work... 18" of snow.. stuck at lodge late and sledded with the girls. ran ladders up the sled hill. fun, fun, fun.

tried to hike up after the lift closed but the snow was too deep and my skins were flailing. still trying to get it figured out.
