jogged into town

some soreness in my hips and left arch.
fam is out of town so I napped and put my feet up most of the day!

short loop around nibley golf course on skis. maybe 1.5 miles.

still feeling sore in my arches and hips from the saturday run. rubbed and stretched and crossed my fingers. hope I didn't blow it.
1 mile on the elliptical, 1/2 mi on the tread at a snail's pace

went skiing up millcreek to elbow fork after work. used skinny purple skins which worked well. 2.8 mi round trip.
