First, congrats on getting a run in at lunch. Next, how long have you been doing those interval training? Does it work well for you?

today was the first time I have tried dowing interval training as I have only been running for a couple of months... I'm not sure what it'll do fer my speed, but I feel happy!

Yeserday, Rossy told me about some interval training he does too so I am going to start doing interval training also to see if I can work on my speed a little.

I still don't get how you do that at lunch...
